Yale Undergraduate Quantum Computing (YuQC)

The Yale Undergrad Quantum Computing (YuQC) group is an undergraduate academic organization sponsored by the Yale Quantum Institute, formed to promote and facilitate the participation of undergraduates in quantum information science at Yale. 
 
Activites (depending on members interest):
 
  • Develop open Source Quantum Computing Club Projects
  • Develop Tutorials
  • concepts: LinAlg, QM, Quantum Error Correction, etc
  • tools: Qiskit, Cirq, Pennylane, etc
  • Host Tours of Industry Quantum Computing Labs
  • Attend and possibly host QC Hackathons
  • Build an Alumni Network
  • Build Graduate Student Mentorship Program
  • Host research talks from academics, industry professionals, and club members
  • Host Literature Review Discussions
  • Facilitate Outreach to HS Students
