Within the framework of a newly created Quantum Software Consortium, we advertise an assistant professor position (tenure track) in experimental physics at the Leiden Institute of Physics, Leiden University, The Netherlands.
The Quantum Software Consortium is a new collaboration between groups at the Leiden Insitute of Physics, the Leiden Institute of Advanced Computer Science, Qutech at the Technical University Delft, the National Research Institute for Mathematics and Computer Science (CWI) and the Institute of Physics at the University of Amsterdam. The opening is meant to strengthen this consortium we have an opening for a faculty position in experimental physics / tenure track.
The Leiden Institute of Physics invites applicants for a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level. We are looking for an experimental physicist with the potential for running a world-recognized independent research program in the broadly defined area of quantum optics and information. Together with the current staff, (s)he will help shape the future physics research program in Leiden.
