Postdoctoral fellowship, 2 years with possible extension, available to investigate small systems of semiconductor spin qubits to implement quantum error correction and to realize a logical qubit made from an assembly of physical qubits. Research involves experimental design, fabrication of submicron devices, and associated electronics, radio-frequency measurement in a dilution refrigerator, data analysis, and scientific writing. Candidate should have a PhD in experimental physics (condensed matter or quantum optics) and experience with microwave electronics and cryogenics. Familiarity with quantum information will also be helpful.
