Last weekend, MIT hosted their annual Interdisciplinary Quantum HACKathon iQuHACK (Jan 27-29, 2023). The goal is to bring students (high school through early-career professionals) from a diverse set of backgrounds to explore improvements and applications of near-term quantum devices. This year, 300 persons attended on site and 1,200 remotly, with 70 countries represented.

We want to congratulate our students from the Yale Undergraduate Quantum Computing (YuQC) group for winning first place on the QuEra Challenge! Congratulation to Alex Deters, Ben McDonough, Pranav Parakh, Sofia Fausone, Wyatt Kremer!
