In the last few years there has been an intensive global activity in the fields of Quantum Science and Technology. This activity spans many disciplines, including physics, chemistry, computer science, material science and mathematics, and many approaches, on both the theoretical and the experimental fronts.
In view of the large interest in these developments in Israel, and as a part of the Israeli Quantum Initiative, we are organizing a summer school to take place in Kfar Blum, in the Galilee, between 22th and 26th September 2019. The goal of the school will be to teach fundamental and contemporary topics and bring students and researchers up to date with the important developments in the field. We expect the audience in the school to consist of graduate students (M.Sc. and Ph.D.), post-docs, and even interested PIs, and welcome also researchers from the industry. Participants will have an opportunity to present their work.
