The MIT Lincoln Laboratory is offering several full-time, staff position in quantum computing. Note, all interested candidates must possess US citizenship.
Quantum Computing Theorist (to perform design and evaluation of cutting-edge, fault-tolerant quantum error correction (QEC) protocols, gate-level implementations of compiled quantum algorithms, and realistic modeling and verification of error within state-of-the-art physical qubit systems).
Quantum Software Engineers (to create, evaluate, demonstrate, and transition quantum computing software, such application-specific algorithms and computer-aided design (CAD) tools, to better support investigations of quantum computing’s promises and practically.)
Background: We here at MIT Lincoln Laboratory (outside Boston, MA) are scientists, architects, engineers, and system analysts who share a common passion for helping solve some of the hardest research and developments (R&D) problems relevant to National security.
