During the summer, some of the institute research groups are hiring Yale undergraduate students for summer research projects. These projects can be extended to one or two semesters depending on interest and time commitment. Reach out to the principal investigator of the research group of your choice.
Our institute is composed of 31 research groups who are constantly looking for new graduate students. YQI does not enroll students, and perspective students looking to work in quantum science should enroll through the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
Admission to Yale graduate programs is open to students with degrees in Applied Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or closely related areas of engineering.
For details on the Yale Master’s and Doctoral’s programs application process, please consult the Yale Graduate School website. (Please note: Applications are accepted online only)
Applications accepted on a continuous basis. Reach out to the principal investigator of the research group of your choice.
